Our School

Art of Survival  is conveniently Located in La Mesa. We opened our school in October of 2014 after teaching in the park for several months. Our mission statement is to improve people lives through learning self-defense, fighting, and fitness.  Our facility features 1000 square feet of mat space, new focus mits, kick shields, heavy bags Thai pads, and many other training tools. At AOS, we have ample self contained parking spaces so there is never a need to park on the street.  come be part of what we do.
